CUMULANT OSCILLATIONS AND HADRON GROUPING DEGREE IN INELASTIC hh-PROCESSES AT HIGH ENERGIES

V.D. Rusov, T.N. Zelentsova, S.I. Kosenko, M.M. Ovsyanko, I.V. Sharf

Abstract
It is shown that all totality of the known now experimental data concerning measurements of cumulant and factorial moments ratio oscillations of finite hadrons statistics in inelastic hh-processes is described with a good accuracy by the theoretical cumulant-factorial ratio of moments of modified cascade-stochastic second particles multiplicity distribution in - and pp-interactions in energy range  = 20 ¸ 1800 GeV. Thus behavior of this ratio in experiments on inelastic collisions of hadrons at ultra high energies (  = 14 TeV) which are planed in CERN in 2005 is predicted. The effect of hadrons grouping in inelastic - and pp- interactions at energies above  = 546 GeV is found. This effect describes a degree of spatial heterogeneity of hadrons flow or, that is the same, the degree of increase of "structuration" process of regular (Poisson) flow of events with an energy increasing that, apparently, is stochastic reflectance and simultaneously measure of increase of formation process of minijets of hadrons.

CODERIVATIONS AND CODIFFERENTIAL CALCULI ON FINITE GROUPS

S.A. Duplij

Abstract
Various aspects of noncommutative geometry which became recently an important tool of building theoretical models of elementary particle physics on noncommutative space-time are studied. The way of consistent construction of codifferential calculi, a dual analog of differential calculi, which is the ground of any particle model, is shown. The dual analog of derivation, a coderivation, and covariant maps are introduced and corresponding consistency equations are presented for coalgebras and comoduli. Concrete examples for some finite groups, which are important for particle physics models on discrete space-time, are developed manifestly. Codifferential calculi on finite groups are constructed, where covariant conditions lead to some special system of functional equations which are solved in various cases. It is outlined that further investigation can be connected with properly dualizing of corresponding complexes and bicomplexes.

Abstract
On an example of the known experimental data the reverse problem of neutrino diagnostics of reactor core is considered. The solution of this task, on the one hand, allows remotely to re-store with high accuracy the current values of nuclear density of each of nuclear fuel compo-nents, and on the other, - make it possible to develop the of neutrino technology of diagnostics of temporal evolution of isotope composition of fuel and reactor power in on-line mode.

O.N. Shekhovtsova

Abstract
The process e+e- ® p+p-g is considered provided that photon is radiated at small angle to the electron (positron) beam. The analytic formulae for the part of the cross-section caused by the final-state radiation and initial-final-state interference have been derived. Besides, the influence of the beam acollinearity on the cross-section in the case of the initial state radiation has been studied.

V.Yu. Korda, A.S. Molev, L.P. Korda

Abstract
We present the evolutionary algorithm with negative selection pressure enabling to extract the scattering matrix modulus and nuclear phase as functions of angular momentum directly from the experimental data without any model assumptions involved. As an example, the 16O-16O elastic scattering at 350 MeV is analyzed. Nonmonotonic behavior of the S-matrix modulus is observed in the region of small angular momenta.

Abstract
The temporal evolution of the drift waves and Rayleigh-Taylor instability in plasma with shear flow in the region x ³ 0 is studied. It is obtained that the modal perturbation, which is applied to the boundary (x = 0) of the shear flow, leads to the complicate changing in the evolution of forced drift waves and Rayleigh-Taylor instability. The amplitudes of the separate Fourier harmonic decay in both cases.

EXCITATION OF OBLIQUE LONGITUDINAL WAVES BY AN ELECTRON BEAM OF A SMALL DENSITY

M.P. Azarenkov, Yu.A. Akimov, A.N. Kondratenko, V.P. Olefir

Abstract
The nonlinear theory of oblique high-frequency longitudinal wave excitation by an unlimited magnetised beam of a low-density in free warm unlimited plasma is constructed. The influence of beam velocity and density on an angular distribution of level saturation of the considered waves is researched. The numerical analysis of saturation amplitude and efficiency of power transmission from a beam to a wave is carried out depending on wavelength. It is shown that the increase of the plasma electron temperature results in an efficiency decrease of wave excitation.

COLD ION CURRENT CALCULATION ON LANGMUIR PROBE IN ION-BEAM PLASMA

T.N. Antonova, S.V. Dudin, V.I. Farenik

Abstract
The mathematical model of single cylindrical Langmuir probe describing dependence of ion current gathered by the probe on the basic parameters of ion-beam plasma, such as probe potential, cold and beam ion densities, relation between ion and electron temperatures is built. The model covers wide parameters range of the ion-beam plasma, particularly the whole range typical for technological ion-beam systems. The results of numerical calculations are presented for the probe current versus probe dimensions and potential as well as the plasma parameters. The analytical expression for the ion current (modification of the Bohm formula) is derived for the large probe limit. For the numerical results the approximation formula is constructed, simplifying practical usage of the results.

A.A. Bizyukov, V.I. Gritsenko, A.Y. Kashaba, K.N. Sereda, E.V. Scorina, I.K. Tarasov

Abstract
The article presents the results of experimental investigation of forming the fluxes of charged and neutral particles in an ion-beam sputter system (IBSS) based on one stage anode layer thruster with closed electron drift. It is shown that the IBSS provides many advantages over conventional sputtering systems. In particular, the examined system allows one to sputter effectively as conductive materials with low sputtering rate, such as graphite, and dielectric materials due to utilization of self-compensation effect of the ion beam without use of neutralizers. The deposition rate in the IBSS is controlled by changing energy, current and angle of indicence of ions bombarding a sputtered target that is of particular interest with use the system at low deposition rates at low pressure. The amount and energy of ions and secondary electrons in the transport space of sputtered atoms can be controled by change of a bias voltage applied to the sputtered target. It allows to produce additional ion, ion-electron or electron bombardment of deposited coatings and to use for synthesis of diamond-like carbon coatings by ion-beam sputtering from graphite target.

V.N. Borisko, A.A. Petrushenya

Abstract
In the present paper the plasma source of electrons with hollow cathode on basis of electrically nonsymmetric reflective discharge was experimentally investigated. The peculiarities of hollow cathode regime initiation were studied. The minimal values of initiation currents for a several working gases were determined. The influence of electric nonsymmetry on extracted electron current and power efficiency of source was studied. The electron beams with current values I = 120 ¸ 250 mA and power efficiencies 0.4 ¸ 0.8 m└/W were obtained under using of relatively low extracting potentials of about a several hundred volts. It was found the way to control electron beam current without changing of discharge current.

THERMOELASTIC PEAK EFFECT AT ION IMPLANTATION AND ITS ROLE IN DIAMONDLIKE COATING FORMATION

A.I. Kalinichenko, V.E. Strel'nitskij

Abstract
A new model of ta-C formation at implantation of 12C+ ions with energy of 25 to 1000 eV in carbon target is presented. According to the model, the dense state formation takes place due to co-operative action of increased temperature and pressure in a thermoelastic peak (TEP)- a small macroscopic region containing thermalized ion energy. The lifetime, size and energy storage of TEP are determined on the basis of computer simulation of ion - matter energy transfer and taking into consideration relaxation processes. TEP temperature is determined through phonon component of ion energy losses and given temperature dependence of heat capacity. By using the radiation acoustics equations, thermoelastic and deformation components of pressure in TEP are calculated. A role of acoustic and quasi-static pressure components in process of ta-C formation is analyzed. The positions and trajectories of points, which correspond to TEPs matter state on P, T phase diagram of carbon are determined. The influence of ambient conditions on ta-C formation process is studied. A factor of efficiency of ta-C transition is proposed to be based on determination of number of sp2 to sp3 rearrangements given temperature and pressure in the peak.

RELAXATION DYNAMICS OF INDUCED SHEAR DISTURBANCE INDUCED BY RADIATION FORCE OF FOCUCED ULTRASOUND

E.A. Barannik, S.A. Girnyk, V.V. Tovstyak, A.I. Marusenko

Abstract
The possibility of use of remote generation of shear waves by radiation force of a focalized ultrasonic beam (Shear Wave Elasticity Imaging or SWEI) for ultrasonic diagnostics of viscoelastic properties of soft tissues was investigated. The process of the shear waves propagation in the focal plane of the pulsed ultrasonic beam was observed by ultrasound Doppler method and the shear wave velocities in different tissue mimicking phantoms and muscle tissue were estimated. Obtained values of displacements in phantoms for the used values of radiation intensity and duration of pumping pulses are in a reasonable agreement with theoretical estimates based on an earlier developed model of shear waves generation by radiation pressure force. The impact of the medium viscosity on the value of shear strains induced in tissue phantoms and their relaxation process were revealed. Displacements on the order of 1 to 12 microns and a complex non-monotone character of the shear strain relaxation in elastic phantom and muscle tissue were observed.

A.O. Shchur, V.V. Levenets, O.P. Omelnyk

Abstract
This article is devoted to creation of routine of analysis of elemental content of zirconium alloys permitting to determine simultaneously the group of elements with atomic numbers from 20 up to 41, 72 and 82 using a particle induced characteristic X-ray emission (PIXE). The concentrations of the majority of determined elements are in a range 10-3 - 10-2 weight %. For a solution of a similar problem the preliminary studies are necessary to optimize the conditions of measurements. To increase the sensivity of analysis the variation of parameters of beam of protons, choice of the detector of X-ray, variation of thickness and material of absorptive filters, choice of analytical lines referring to various series can be used. It is shown that if an optimal regime of work of accelerator, sutable detector and material and the thickness of an absorptive filter are elected simultaneous determination of the contents Ca, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zr, Nb, Hf and Pb in samples of zirconium alloys according to requests of manufacturing is possible. The time of single measurement of spectrum is 35 ů 45 min.

ULTRASOUND DOPPLER SIGNAL SPECTRAL CHARACTERISTICS WHEN PROBING MEDIUM UNIFORMLY ACCELERATED MOTION

E.A Barannik, D.A. Kisluha

Abstract
In the article it is considered problem about spectral characteristics of Doppler signal, being taken from medium uniformly accelerated motion, being in focus ultrasound Field. The analytic expression for Doppler signal power spectrum along the flow line is obtained when ultrasound probing of uniformly accelerated shifting medium. Doppler characteristics dependence on probing medium acceleration is derived including the focusing degree pulse duration and wave beam geometry. The acceleration reduces to additional frequency modulation changes of Doppler spectrum, and so Doppler signal spectrum dispersion tells from case for uniform motion. Depending on acceleration character and detecting point location according to focal, the addition to the spectrum width leads to its increase or decrease. The expressions derived can be used for Doppler probing data of medium shifting under impact pressure description.
