Abstract
The existence scaling in inclusive processes ed ® e'pn is reviewed. The indispensable and sufficient conditions of originating scaling are debated and their running in of quasielastic area is rotined. The description of cross-sections of dissipation on a deuteron is conducted at small and large angles of stray electrons at energies 779 MeV and 15.742 GeV.

SEMISUPERMANIFOLDS, REGULARIZATION AND CATEGORIZATION

S.A. Duplij, W. Marcinek

Abstract
An approach of noninvertible extension from supermanifolds to semisupermanifolds is presented. Regularized cocycle conditions and "semicommutative" diagrams for noninvertible morphisms are introduced. "Obstructors" which measure the difference from commutative (invertible) case are defined. This regularization approach is applied to categories, where analogs of obstructors are n-cycles of morphisms. The regularized extensions of functors braidings and related structures in monoidal categories and a "noninvertible" analog of the Yang-Baxter equation is written. Similar generalization of (co-) algebras, left and right (co-) modules, tensor product of module actions is given.

PECULIARITIES OF THE LATTICE DYNAMICS FOR SUPERCONDUCTING NIOBIUM

I.N. Kudryavtsev

Abstract
Theoretical model of phonon spectrum with dispersion is proposed for description of thermodynamic properties of phonon subsystem of niobium without using fitting parameters. Characteristic frequencies of phonon spectrum are determined from the experimentally measured lattice elastic constants. Numerical calculations of phonon heat capacity of niobium are accomplished, the contribution of acoustic and optical vibrations is studied in wide temperature region. The average values of frequency, wave length, phase and group velocities, effective mass of acoustic and optical phonons are determined as the functions of temperature. The peculiarities of the lattice dynamics of niobium in superconducting transition region are analysed.
KEY WORDS: niobium, Young's modulus, elastic constants, lattice dynamics, acoustic and optical phonons, phonon density of states, heat capacity, superconductivity.

A.A. Babaskin, Yu.V. Kamensky, V.G. Kirichenko, A.V. Kirichok, V.M. Kuklin, A.N. Tvardovsky

Abstract
The results of experimental investigation of graphite surface by scanning tunneling microscopy are presented. The periodic modulation of surface electron density is founded. The character of this modulation is similar to the fine-scale modulation of electron density in crystal cell on graphite surface. On the base of experimental data and earlier developed theory the values of character times of the collective processes formed large-scale regular structures similar monocrystal cell are carried.
KEY WORDS: crystal, surface, electron density, dissipation, regular structures, scanning tunneling microscopy, graphit, collective processes.

SELF-INTERACTION OF POTENTIAL SURFACE WAVES IN A MAGNETOACTIVE PLASMA OF A FINITE GAS PRESSURE BOUNDED BY METAL

N.A. Azarenkov, Yu.A. Akimov, A.V. Gapon

Abstract
The influence of self-interaction of the high-frequency potential surface wave (SW) on dispersion properties of the considered SW is studied in this paper. High-frequency SW propagate across an external permanent magnetic field at the interface between a plasma of a finite gas pressure and a metal. The nonlinear dispersion relation for the SW is derived and investigated. The nonlinear Schrodinger equation for enveloping of weakly nonlinear SW is derived and tested for stability relatively perturbations of a SW enveloping.
KEY WORDS: self-interaction, nonlinear dispersion relation, harmonics.

RESONANT ISLANDS IN THE MAGNETIC TRAPS OF STELLARATOR TYPE

O.A. Shishkin

Abstract
In the present paper results of the analytical and numerical studies of the magnetic field lines in stellarator HELIAS are presented. Models of the island structures were obtained by calculation of the magnetic field lines equations. It was shown that the magnetic field perturbations with different "wave" numbers cause resonant magnetic islands structures. The "wave" numbers of such resonant structures are the combination of the "wave" numbers corresponding to the magnetic field perturbations. Analytical expressions that determine the conditions of the creation and parameters of the resonant structures are obtained.

BOHM CRITERION FOR COLLISIONAL CASE

V.A. Lisovskiy

Abstract
The modified Bohm criterion for collisional plasma was obtained. We take into account the processes of charge exchange and elastic collisions of ions with the gas molecules, and also the elastic, exciting and ionizing electron - neutral collisions. It is obtained that the conventional Bohm criterion practically is always fulfilled at low gas pressure (p < 0.01 Torr). At intermediate and high gas pressures (p > 0.1 Torr) the Bohm criterion is fair only at rather high values of a plasma density on an sheath boundary; in case of low density plasma the significant deviation from a Bohm criterion is observed.
KEY WORDS: Bohm criterion, collisional sheath.

A.A. Asheko, V.G. Gordienko, A.K. Strel'tsina, E.A. Sharkov

Abstract
The temperature and concentration dependences of complex permittivity of water and water mono- and polyelectrolytes systems. The measurements were made using original reflective-type experimental bench with the frequency of 35.5 Hz in the temperature range from 271 to 353 K. The systematic [constant, fixed] errors in determination of real and imaginary component of complex permittivity do not excess 0.5% and 0.8%, respectively. The relaxation absorption of microwave radiation on the studied frequency was found. The radioemission differences of distilled water and electrolyte systems calculated by means of data obtained for e' and e'' with 1%o change of concentration are in the range from 0.02 K to 0.22 K.

O.V. Kozinenko

Abstract
By development of technological processes of ionic-plasma processing it is necessary to take into account dependence of a condition of a superficial layer of a processable material on modes of processing. For this purpose the simplified engineering technique of an estimation of temperature on a detail surface, intense condition, effective factor of erosion is developed, that is necessary for definition of productivity of process and such as processing. Two modes are considered: non-stationary and stationary heat exchange.

SIMULATION OF ELECTRON MOTION IN A BEAM UNDER SELF-MAGNETIC FIELD INFLUENCE

A.V. Chorniy

Abstract
The realization of the conventional iteration schemes for the in-beam electron motion simulation are limited to the PC capabilities. Within the "E-Metamotion" program a way has been found to solve the problem due to PC improvement. The conventional iteration schemes for simulation of in-beam electron motion are based on calculations of superposition of the magnetic fields from elementary currents that are stored in the spatial array cells. In this program an algorithm is developed to solve the full three-dimensional task without dividing the space into cells while calculating the beam self-magnetic field. The beam self-magnetic field for each iteration is calculated as a field superposition of each conductor replicating the beam electron trajectory. While calculating the magnetic field, the electron path is considered to be the conductor of complex geometry in three-dimensional space. The making of these calculations is time-consuming, as well, but these calculations describe the electron behavior more precisely in complex (self and external) magnetic fields.
KEY WORDS: self-magnetic field, high current beam, electron motion.
